Urgent Notice - JILBAYA

We are writing to sincerely apologise for the delay to your order.

Due to recent global events affecting international shipping and logistics, along with a backlog caused by manufacturing issues during the initial production stage, some orders have unfortunately been delayed and will not be arriving in time for Eid. We fully understand how frustrating and upsetting this is, especially for those who were relying on their outfit for such an important occasion. This is unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for the delay.

As a UK-based business, our manufacturing and fulfilment team operates overseas. They are also currently struggling to keep up with demand, which has had a serious impact on production and dispatch times. As a small business, we have been trying our absolute best to manage an extremely challenging month, but despite our efforts, some orders have been affected more than we anticipated.

We wanted to inform you as early as possible so that you have time to make alternative arrangements for Eid if needed. At this stage, affected orders are now estimated to arrive after Eid, between 1-7 April.

We know this is deeply disappointing, and we are truly sorry. To those who have already received their order, we sincerely hope you enjoy your outfit. To those who have not, please accept our heartfelt apology and know that we completely understand your disappointment.

Please also note that we are unable to provide refunds before delivery due to company policy. This is not intended to withhold your right to a refund. We simply ask that you wait until your order has been delivered, and if you choose not to keep it, you may return the item to us for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unused, and not damaged. For those who do decide to keep their order, a partial refund will be issued as an apology for the delay. along with a 30% voucher for a future order.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this difficult period. We are deeply grateful for every customer who has supported our small business, and we truly hope you can understand the circumstances surrounding these delays.
